These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and mbi999 ("mbi999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the mbi999 online gaming platform accessible at mbi999.asia. By registering an account or using any mbi999 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the mbi999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by mbi999 under its international gaming authority licensing obligations.
• "Platform" means the mbi999 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming, sportsbook, and account management services.
• "Services" means all products and services offered by mbi999 including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sportsbook, crash games, and promotional campaigns.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which Account Balances and transactions are denominated on the mbi999 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the Platform or registering an Account, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

2.3 mbi999 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 To register and maintain an mbi999 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, or agent of mbi999 or its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities, or an immediate family member thereof;
• Not be self-excluded from mbi999 or subject to any platform-imposed access restriction.

3.2 Each Member may register only one Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. mbi999 may suspend or close Accounts found to contain false or materially incomplete information.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC)

4.1 mbi999 is required under its international gaming authority licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all Members before processing any withdrawal request.

4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months;
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet screenshot, bank statement);
• Source of funds documentation where your deposit volume or withdrawal requests exceed prescribed thresholds.

4.3 mbi999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two business hours of receiving all required documentation. mbi999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC and to close Accounts where documentation cannot be verified.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbi999 accepts the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, among others.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Maximum transaction limits are as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method and Member status.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the method's availability. mbi999 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 mbi999 will endeavour to process verified withdrawal requests within five business hours. Processing times are subject to third-party payment provider timelines which are outside mbi999's control.

5.5 You may only deposit and withdraw funds that are your own. You must not use funds derived from illegal activities. mbi999 will report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 mbi999 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including, without limitation, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum cashout limits. These terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applicable to mbi999 welcome bonus funds is thirty (30) times the bonus amount, to be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 mbi999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registration, hedging bets to clear wagering requirements at low risk, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.

6.4 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the mbi999 Platform are subject to the game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product, as published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

7.2 mbi999 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds or prices caused by a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Members will be notified of any voided bets and their stakes refunded to their Account Balance.

7.3 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. The mbi999 platform will display a bet confirmation screen before any wager is finalised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi999 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent misrepresentation, including providing false identity or age information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any such exploitation must be reported to mbi999 immediately and winnings derived from such exploitation will be void;
• Money laundering or the use of the Platform to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account, including sharing login credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 mbi999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Members. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 mbi999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on funds deposited;
• Session time limits — automatic notifications and session termination after a defined play period;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure upon request, effective within 24 hours.

9.3 Self-exclusion requests, once processed, cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, mbi999 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent account access and will opt the Member out of all marketing communications.

9.4 mbi999 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions unilaterally where Member behaviour suggests problem gambling, including but not limited to: excessively large deposits following a significant loss, extended continuous play sessions, or repeated unsuccessful self-exclusion reversal attempts.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the mbi999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of mbi999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without mbi999's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi999 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

11.2 mbi999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from a proven breach of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 mbi999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, nor that defects will be corrected. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 mbi999 may amend this Agreement at any time by publishing updated terms on the Platform. Where amendments are material, mbi999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Members. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.

12.2 mbi999 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached this Agreement, are engaged in prohibited conduct, or if closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

12.3 Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than breach or suspected fraud, mbi999 will return your Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) via your registered payment method within ten business days.

13. Governing Law

13.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable under mbi999's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mbi999's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.

13.2 mbi999 operates an internal complaints procedure. Members wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact mbi999 customer support at [email protected] with full particulars of the dispute. mbi999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.
